The Restaurant is composed of an elegant banquet hall and the picturesque “Train Tavern” containing interesting documents about the history of the former narrow-gauge railway line Spoleto-Norcia, which passed close to our property. Sitting on the wooden seats of the old discarded train carriages, you can taste typical dishes of the Umbrian cuisine such as roast lamb, hand made strangozzi (a kind of noodles), toasted bread seasoned with olive oil from the surrounding hills and truffles…or if you prefer a savoury pizza baked in a wood burning oven.
